Observation

The allegation that a group of children were left outside unsupervised and the allegation that a child was left alone in a classroom unsupervised is more likely than not, valid because during the onsite visit and interview with staff, staff said they witnessed a teacher with a group of children outside walk back into the classroom, leaving the group of children outside alone and the staff said a child found alone in a classroom after the child's class transitioned outside.
